Wonderworld is a favourite for school groups!
Mazes and puzzles are fun, but also offer many educational benefits. These include a range of cognitive skills - spatial learning and memory, working memory, decision making, and general reasoning ability.
We provide affordable, discounted admission to schools, holiday programmes and groups of 10+. Our offering includes a range of initiatives to help make your student visit informative, exciting and memorable.

Your suggested itinerary
With time for refreshments, we recommend approximately 2 hours for a visit.
Exploring the 3D mega maze is a good initial activity. Try to find the 4 corner towers and then the exit will help with the students initial excitement (20-35 minutes). Children will exit the maze staggered in small groups allowing redirection to a choice of other smaller group activities.
- Little Wonderers educational challenge - only available to school groups (20 minutes)
- Colour maze, Neon cave and Tilt maze (15 minutes)
- 3D Maze Scavenger hunt (30-45 minutes)
- Left-handed challenge (5 minutes)
- Lawn games (giant Jenga, giant connect 4, nought and crosses, giant dominos, plus many more)
- Maths/ Navigation challenges possible with compasses and tape measure
- Try to find the 4 Mega Maze corner towers in certain orders (20-40 minutes)
- Easy: Around the world challenge – find the Yellow, Blue, Green, then Red towers
- Medium: Order of the rainbow challenge - Red, Yellow, Green, then Blue towers
- Hard: Crisscross challenge – Yellow, Green, Red, then Blue towers
For more structured learning, school groups have used compasses and tape measures to make maps from two points within the maze as part of the maths curriculum.
